Grants
There are currently 3 existing subsidy programs for the purchase of a residential air conditioning or heating equipment. Do not hesitate to contact one of our representatives for they can explain in detail the various programs offered. Do you have an obsolete equipment to replace? Do you want to help in the fight against climate change? Thanks to the grants, now is the perfect time to buy. THE CANADIAN GRANT AND THE CHAUFFEZ-VERT PROGRAM MAY BE COMBINED. So if you have an oil furnace paired with an old heat pump, now is the perfect time to convert your heating system. Here is a short summary of the different programs offered:

*The Canada greener houses grant requires a pre-qualification consisting of an infiltrometry test and a subsequent visit to evaluate the execution of the work. The program is aimed towards the installation of high energy efficiency equipment. The program has issued a list of equipment that can qualify for the grant.

The Hydro Québec subsidy is aimed at the installation of high energy efficiency equipment. This grant does not require an infiltrometry test. The program has issued a list of equipment qualifying for the grant. This subsidy is intended for the buyer who purchases a single wall-mounted heat pump or a central heat pump that is not considered to be of the “low temperature” type.

The Chauffez-Vert subsidy is aimed directly at the replacement of an oil-fired heating system (forced air or hot water) with equipment that operates on electricity. This grant does not require an infiltrometry test.
