Due to the measures taken by the Government of Quebec, our everyday operations (maintenance, installations, non-urgent repairs) will cease from March 25, 2020 until April 13, 2020 inclusively. We will provide a reduced emergency service during weekdays for any lack of complete heating for our established customers. Social distancing measures must be respected if our technicians have to report to your home urgently. Our head office and our sales office will be closed from March 25, 2020 until April 13, 2020 inclusively. However, you can communicate with us by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., we will be able to answer your questions (you may however experience delays depending on the volume of calls received). Extended warranty


You are no longer satisfied with your entrepreneur or this one has simply vanished and you have a balance of warranty on your heat pump? This is unfortunately a commun situation but do not despair, call us, we can probably help you.

We honour extended warranties on a heat pump or a furnace that are covered by the Equiguard, Protection Plus, Goodcare, Complete Care and Cornerstone programmes, only to name a few, as weel as certain warranties offered directly by the manufacturers. We generally have no difficulties with York, Rheem, Ruud, LG, Amana, Carrier, Lennox and Goodman products (and many more).

In order to do so, we need the certificat number of your warranty, the model and the serial number of the unit as well as the name under which the warranty is registered. At certain occassions, we will need the sales contract or the original sales invoice. Some manufacturers don.t allow the transfer of a warranty to a new owner or are very strict on the way of doing so. We sometimes have to provide a copy of the notory act. With these informations we will be able to do some research concerning the validity of your extended warranty on your heat pump. You can also buy an extended warranty for a HVAC equipment.
