For over 30 years now, we have been offering our clients the possibility of taking a maintenance and service contract for their heat pump and furnace. Heating and air conditioning equipment need to have a periodic maintenance done as well as repairs. One cannot act as a refrigeration engineer or a burner technician. The maintenance and repair of your equipment should always be done by a qualified technician. The security of your family and the good working order of your system rely on it.
Your maintenance and service contract will give you the right to an annual inspection** where the maintenance of your equipment will be done. For the duration of the contract, you will have the right to an unlimited number of service calls with no repair fees***, as long as your contract has been validated and paid for. During the cold period, it gives you the right to a emergency service when no heat at all (the furnace being considered as your home's primary heat source), generally from mid-October to mid-April. Our offices are opened from monday to friday between 8:00 and 5:00. After regular office hours, we have an answering service that answers our calls and can transfer the emergencies to a team on stand by.
When consulting the Protection Agreement you will be able to take note of the extents of the protection on the equipment of your choice. You will find on this sole document the exhaustive list of the protection for all our equipment.
